WELLNESS COACHING

With my extensive experience in the yogic arts and a degree in exercise physiology, I use this knowledge to create a unique program for you to up-level your health and performance. You can choose to work with me through a bodywork treatment, private yoga instruction or personal health coaching.  I will integrate all of the above to assist you in optimizing your body and mind so you can live life to its fullest.

Bodywork

I have done extensive study with master teachers in a variety of healing modalities from around the world. I cusomize each treatment integrating Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal Chi massage) and resistive stretching to name a few. Based on the clients needs, treatments and can be done on a table with oil or massage mat on the floor. Known for my strong, intuitive touch, I encourage awareness of the breath to help with release. My techniques are especially effective for tension in the shoulders and neck, low back pain, and improving flexibility in the hips and hamstrings. 

Anjuli and I are also offering online couples sessions where you can be guided by our expert instruction on how to give and receive a Thai Massage.

I provide individualized attention and guidance to help you reach your goals.  I work with you to create programs designed specifically for your body type and intentions.  Sequences will be recorded so you can continue the practice with expert video instruction.  Meditation and mindfulness techniques will be added to improve your mindset and outlook.
