Where to start:

ALWAYS START WITH WRIST WARM-UPS

CRAB ACTIVATION:
1. SET CRAB WITH SEAT HOVERING OFF FLOOR
2. TRY LIFTING ONE LIMB AT A TIME
3. LIFT OPPOSITE FOOT AND HAND
4. WALK THE CRAB

BEAST ACTIVATION:
1. SET BEAST WITH KNEES HOVERING OFF FLOOR
2. TRY LIFTING ONE LIMB AT A TIME
3. LIFT OPPOSITE FOOT AND HAND
4. WALK THE BEAST

FRONT KICK THROUGH PROGRESSION
1. PRACTICE LOADED BEAST TO FRONT STEP
2. KICK THROUGH THE WINDOW
3. ADD IT ALL TOGETHER IN ONE MOVEMENT
4. HAVE FUN!

SCORPION SWITCH
1. KEEP TOES POINTED
2. LIFT HIPS HIGH
3. REACH WITH FOOT BEFORE LIFTING HAND
