All services are intended to support general health and wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Health Disclaimer

By participating in any service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.

You agree to inform your practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect your participation.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in breathwork sessions, functional movement classes, bodywork, coaching, workshops, retreats, or any other services offered by Rock Water Healing Arts, you acknowledge that these activities may involve physical exertion, emotional release, and inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and agree to immediately inform your practitioner if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, emotional distress, or wish to stop any activity.

You understand that participation is entirely voluntary and accept all risks associated with these services.

Bookings & Payments

Appointments, workshops, retreats, and coaching sessions may require advance booking and payment.

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific program or retreat:

Cancellations made more than *48 hours** before an appointment may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

Cancellations made within *48 hours** of the appointment may be subject to the full session fee.

* Retreat cancellation policies will be outlined separately during registration.

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing before, during, and after participating in any service offered by Rock Water Healing Arts.

Intellectual Property
